Genilde E. Guerra is the managing partner of the Law Offices of Kravitz & Guerra, P.A., in Miami, Florida. The law firm assists the international community in matters related to International Expansions, Global Business Planning, Real Estate Law, Tax Law and others. A Brazilian-American, Ms. Guerra obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
Admitted to the Florida Bar, New York Bar, Washington DC Bar and the Inns of Court of England & Wales, United Kingdom. She also holds a Bachelor degree in International Business and various extension degrees in International Law, European Union Law, International Commerce, and Business law from schools such as Harvard University, Tulane University, the University College of London and Oxford University. As a licensed attorney in England, British law gives her the right to practice in Commonwealth jurisdictions around the world, such as Hong Kong, the Canadian provinces, and countries of the Caribbean. Ms. Guerra is fluent in five languages including her native Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
Concentrating on developing all-encompassing legal strategies for companies expanding their activities to the United States, she has been published extensively in domestic and international publications. Ms. Guerra is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker on the topics of Offshore Company Formation; International taxation and Immigration Options for Foreign Real Estate Buyers in the United States.
