Robert Alan Kravitz is the Founding Partner of The Law Offices of Kravitz & Guerra, PA., with over 35 years of experience in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law.
His practice has a primary focus on Business and Business Immigration (including EB-5 Investors), Professional Workers, Family-Based Immigration, Global Migration, International Business, and Transactional Law, and Cross-Border Commerce issues.
A Florida native, Mr. Kravitz received his Bachelor of Communications Degree from the University of Miami where he was a nationally-ranked collegiate golfer. Robert subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1980.
Mr. Kravitz has successfully represented literally thousands of clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and in Court, before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the AILA South Florida Chapter among numerous other legal and civic organizations.
As a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1981, he has frequently written and lectured on U.S. Immigration Law and related topics, counseling clients throughout the United States and around the world.
Genilde E. Guerra is the Managing Partner of The Law Offices of Kravitz & Guerra, P.A., in Miami, Florida. The law firm assists the international community in matters related to Immigration, International Expansions, Global Business Planning, Real Estate Law, US Tax Law, among other areas.
Ms. Guerra obtained her Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law. For U.S. matters, Ms. Guerra is licensed in Florida, New York, and Washington DC. Internationally she is a member of the Inns of Court of England & Wales, and United Kingdom.
Ms. Guerra also holds various extension degrees in International Law, European Union Law, International Commerce, and Business Law from Harvard University, Tulane University, University College of London and Oxford University.
As a licensed attorney in England, British law gives her the right to practice in Commonwealth jurisdictions around the world, such as Hong Kong, the Canadian provinces, and countries of the Caribbean. Ms. Guerra is fluent in five languages, including Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
Ms. Guerra has been extensively published in foreign and domestic publications, and has been featured in televised media worldwide. She is also a frequent
lecturer and guest speaker on the topics of Offshore Company Formation, International Taxation and Immigration Options for Foreign Real Estate Buyers in the United States.
