These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website kravitzlaw.com operated by Kravitz & Guerra, P.A. (“Kravitz & Guerra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover the public website. Legal services are provided only under a separate engagement agreement or retainer with the firm. Internal staff tools (for example matter management or case-status tracking systems) are for authorized firm personnel and covered by firm policies and client engagement terms, not by a public consumer login on this website.

2. No attorney-client relationship from website use alone

Visiting this website, submitting a contact form, or emailing us does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Confidential or time-sensitive information should not be sent through unsecured public forms until we confirm we can represent you. An attorney-client relationship begins only when both sides agree in writing (or as otherwise required by applicable ethics rules).
